There's a short article about my Ocarina of Time series on Kotaku!
I made these prints my senior year at VCU in Sterling Hundley's illustration class.

I was thrilled to see my linoleum cuts of Link featured in this month's issue of Nintendo Power. Definitely one of my proudest moments!
Awesome! I was about to write you to ask if you could do exactly this! Are you going to finish the story? Or maybe give it a... uhm, kind of "cover"? Like a title scene you know :P I agree absolutely with that article, this is exactly the kind of fairy tale I would like to show to my children.
ReplyDeleteI really think you should contact Nintendo and let them see this, I would buy an illustration book with these awesome pictures, seriously, I'm not joking.
I'm also serious about printing them and make them a place between my books or on my walls. Don't want to sound too fanatic but I like them very much.
I absolutely love these, I remember seeing them in class, the whole series you did was awesome! Best game ever, too!
ReplyDeleteIf you could sell prints of these I would totally buy them.
absolutely fantastic. I hope you had a chance to play Twilight Princess!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Marta! I will certainly consider making a cover.
ReplyDeleteAlly, thank you so much! I miss being in that class. I remember you had some awesome work too. And what you've been posting recently on your blog is amaazing!!
Tin, Thanks! Twilight princess was good, but definitely not my favorite. Somehow I couldn't connect with it as much as the other games. I have really high hopes for Skyward Sword though- it looks fantastic!
This is really awesome! I will feature you on my blog :)
